In this phase, after consultation with the client to determine the scope of the project, we work closely with designers who photograph your home and then create careful plans. We then develop a realistic cost estimate that considers the demands of the project and materials required, as well as the trades necessary to complete the job.
RileyRae also understands that home renovations can be stressful and in this phase, we develop a schedule around demolition and coordinate trades to consider your living arrangements and minimize disruption.
Construction Phase

Post-Construction Phase
At RileyRae we don’t believe a project is completed until the client is completely satisfied. Professionalism means being dedicated to a project from planning to completion. In this phase, we complete a walk-through with clients to ensure their home perfectly fits their vision. We then complete any follow up work needed as part of our personalized approach to go the extra mile to out-perform our competition and ensure total customer satisfaction.
